ಜನವರಿಯಿಂದ ಜೂನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಜುಲೈನಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ವರೆಗಿನ 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 5 ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು (3 ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತು 2
ಪೂರ್ವ ಸೂಚನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ) ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
ನಾನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ವಾರದ ಸಭೆ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕೇ?
ವಾರದ ಸಭೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೈರುಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ನನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆಯವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಹುದೇ? ಅದನ್ನು ಗೈರುಹಾಜರಿ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?

ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ನವೀಕರಿಸದಿರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ, ಹೊಸ ತಂಡವು ಆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.
ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಇತರ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದೇ?
ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಇತರ ತಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾದದ್ದು ಅವರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವರ್ಗವು ಆ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ

Is the membership fees annual?
Yes, the membership fees is payable annually.
Are there any other charges applicable?
There are mandatory weekly meeting charges and there might be some optional charges for social events,
conclaves, trainings etc.
What is the Attendance Policy of the forum?
You can avail a maximum of 5 leaves (3 without informing and 2 with prior intimation) in a 6-month term of
January to June OR July to December.
Do I need to pay the weekly meeting fees in case I am not attending the meeting?
Weekly meeting fees is mandatory and HAS to be paid even in case of absence.
Can I send someone else on my behalf? Will it be marked absent?
Yes, a substitute can be sent for the meeting but it has to be someone who can properly represent the respective
business in the forum. Substitution will not be marked as absent.
Is Medical Leave allowed? Will it be marked as absent?
Yes, a Medical Leave can be availed but it has to be supported with Genuine documents & records. Medical Leave
will not be marked as absent.
IWhat is the frequency of the meetings and are they Online or Offline ?
The meetings are offline and will be conducted weekly.
Is there a guarantee that business would be generated for all the members?
No, there is no guarantee given on the business that can be fetched from the platform.
Does the platform have the right to refuse, terminate or not renew a membership to the forum?
Yes, the platform can decide not to offer a membership or can discontinue or not renew the membership of any
member/business owner without any written communication to the member. The decision of the Founder remains Final
on this matter.
Can a member change the Chapter?
A member is allowed to change the chapter only during the renewal of membership, only if the new chapter has a
vacancy for that particular business category. During the shifting of the chapter, the renewal fees of
membership would be higher.
Can members visit other chapters?
Members can visit other chapters only if their business category is open in that chapter and only after
informing the Poshakaru of that Chapter.
