ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು

ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯು ಶ್ರೀ ಶರತ್ ಖಾದ್ರಿಯವರ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾದ ಬ್ಯುಸಿನೆಸ್ & ಬಿಯಾಂಡ್‌ನ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಈ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ:

1. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಅದರ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
2. ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಡುವಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಫಲ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡದಿರುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
3. ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದಿರುವುದು, ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಗೌರವ ಅಥವಾ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಚಿತ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ/ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ವಿವರಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
4. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ವಿವರಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ನವೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
5. ಸಭೆ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು / ತರಬೇತಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಅಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಗಳು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6. ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು / ತರಬೇತಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
7. ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ವಾರದ ಸಭೆಯ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
8. ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಡುವಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ವಿವಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
9. ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ವರ್ಗದ ವಿವಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
10. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಲೋಗೋ / ಟ್ರೇಡ್‌ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ಲಿಖಿತ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಳಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
11. ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ನೀತಿ - ಜನವರಿಯಿಂದ ಜೂನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜುಲೈನಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ನಡುವಿನ 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಒಬ್ಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿಸದೆ 3 ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ 2 ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ಬದಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತವಾದ ನಿಜವಾದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

Terms of Use

Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike is an initiative of Business & Beyond, a proprietary concern of Mr. Sharat Khadri, henceforth referred as Founder of Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike.

The membership to this platform is subjected to below terms and conditions

1. Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike or its founder or the role bearers do not guarantee any business to its members.
2. Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike or its founder or the role bearers are not responsible for any failed business or non-payment between the members.
3. Kanndigara Vyaapara Vedike or its founder has the rights to cancel the membership of any member under failure to adhere attendance policy, disciplinary issue, or in case of involvement in illegal activities or any other inappropriate behaviour / activity which can affect the decorum or the reputation of Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike without explanation or intimation.
4. Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike or its founder has the rights to deny the renewal of any membership without explanation or intimation.
5. Meeting fees / Training fees or any other such charges will be finalized by the founder or role bearers of Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike and members do not have the right to question the same.
6. Membership fees / Training fees or any other charges paid will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. It is mandatory to pay the weekly meeting fees even if the member is not present for the meeting.
8. Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike will not be responsible for any disputes, whether financial or otherwise, between the members.
9. The founder’s decision will be final on any category clash and members have to abide by the decision.
10. The logo / trademark or content of Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike cannot be used by any of the members without the written consent of the founder.
11. Attendance Policy – A member can avail 3 leaves without informing and 2 leaves by informing the leadership team in advance, in any of the 6 months term which is between January to June and July to December. The member is allowed to send a substitute in case of emergency to mark his/her attendance. Medical leave can be availed only in case of genuine medical emergencies supported by relevant medical documents subjected to approval by the leadership team of Kannadigara Vyaapaara Vedike.
